Deputy Director General, Economics and Finance, CEO of Mazda Sollers Manufacturing Rus

Elena Frolova graduated from the Open University of Russia, majoring in Economics and Marketing, and received a certificate from the American Specialists Institute in the field of Managerial Accounting (CMA).

She began her career at “AUTOVAZ” where she worked her way from being an accounting employee to head of the consolidating financial statements department for the IFRS.

In 2005, she arrived at “SOLLERS” company where she held leading positions in the field of finance, including being responsible for corporate accounting and shareholders relations.  Later, she worked as head of the economics and financial director of the passenger automobiles division; in 2009, she was appointed to the position of assistant director of finance for the “SOLLERS” company group.

Since the joint venture was created with Ford Motor Company in 2011, Mrs. Frolova transferred to the position of assistant financial director at Ford Sollers where she also was elected as a member of the company’s board of directors.

In 2016, Elena Frolova joined the PJSC “AUTOVAZ” team, where she was responsible for efficient leadership in the integration of a bailout plan at the position of vice president for operative anti-recession management.

In February 2018, she was appointed to the position of Deputy Director General of finance and economics at PJSC “SOLLERS”.

In February 2020, she was appointed to the position of Mazda Sollers Manufacturing Rus CEO.
