Deputy Director General for Legal Affairs
Born June 15, 1962 in the village of Parkhimovtsy, Grodno Province (Belarus).
In 1984 he finished law school at Belarus State University (Minsk), and in 1993 he received a law degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law (Cleveland, USA).
Victor began his career in 1984 with the Grodno Provincial Bar Association (Belarus). From 1986 to 1988, he served in the office of the military prosecutor at the Chita garrison in the Zabaikalye Military District as an investigator, and then as head of a mobile investigation laboratory.
From 1993 to 1995, he worked at the international law firm of Steptoe & Johnson as an attorney in the corporate law department. In 1995, he transferred to the international law firm of White & Case, where for ten years he served as the senior attorney in the corporate law department. In 2005, he was invited to the AMEDIA group of companies as the legal director.
Since March 2009, Victor has been the Director of Legal Affairs for the SOLLERS group of companies.
Speaks English and Polish. Numerous works in Russian and foreign legal publications on issues of Russian and international legal regulation.
Married with two daughters, his hobbies include history and poetry.
