The basic principles and values of the company, that we share with our business partners, are built on mutual trust, customer orientation, sensitivity to changes in customer preferences, corporate culture focused on initiative, building creative approaches to solving the problems and improving the quality in all areas.

These principles underpin the establishment of Ford Sollers, a joint venture that began its operations in October 2011 and, in the coming years, will become the largest project of SOLLERS Group. Its total production capacity reaches 350 thousand vehicles a year. The joint venture will produce a wide range of models, such as Ford Transit, Ford Explorer, Ford Kuga, Ford Mondeo, Ford Focus III, Ford Eco Sport, and it also prepares to launch the new global premieres from Ford. In addition, the business plan of JV provides for construction of an engine plant, its own R&D center, which will become a part in the global network of centers involved in the development of Ford products, as well as the achievement of localization at an average level of 60%.

In 2012, while implementing its strategy of growth through partnerships, SOLLERS launched a joint venture with Mazda Motor Corporation to produce CX-5 crossovers and the new generation of Mazda6 sedans. The company implements the industrial projects at its own production sites in Vladivostok, which allows to achieve significant economies of scale and contributes to a more efficient localization both for the Japanese models and SsangYong SUVs produced in the Russian Far East.
