Elena Frolova, currently being a Deputy CEO or of SOLLERS, PJSC, is appointed as the new CEO of MAZDA SOLLERS Manufacturing Rus, LLC. Dmitry Kudinov, who has been heading MAZDA SOLLERS joint venture since 2015, will pursue different opportunity outside of MAZDA SOLLERS Manufacturing Rus, but will continue to be associated with Mazda brand in Mazda Motor Russia, distribution company in Russia.
In her new position, Elena Frolova will be faced with such key objectives as development of projects for futher growth of the business and for further localization in Vladivostok.
In parallel with her new position, Elena Frolova will continue leading the financial planning and control function in SOLLERS, PJSC.
Background Note
Elena Alexandrovna Frolova graduated from the Russian Open University in economics and marketing. She started her career in automobile industry in 1997 as an accountant in AUTOVAZ company and made all the way to the head of IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements Department.
In 2005, she joined SOLLERS group where she held leading positions in the field of financial activities. She worked on establishment of Ford Sollers joint venture and was a member of the executive board of the company.
In 2016, Elena Frolova joined the AUTOVAZ, PJSC, where she was responsible for operational supervision of the integration of a bailout plan at the position of a vice president for operative anti-recession management.
In February 2018, she returned to SOLLERS where she has been working as a Deputy CEO for Finance and Economics.
