Moscow, August 29, 2022 – SOLLERS Auto (MOEX stock ticker symbol: SVAV) publishes 1H2022 IFRS Consolidated Condensed Financial Information.
Group revenue reached RUB 26.2 bln. in 1H2022 vs. RUB 36.8 bln. in 1H2021. The decrease in revenues is due to the suspension of production and sales of Ford Transit vehicles.
At the same time, the company managed to maintain a positive EBITDA indicator – RUB 1.6 bln.
SOLLERS Auto net loss for the reporting period amounted to RUB 1.1 bln. and is due to one-time write-off of intangible assets associated with the business of SOLLERS Ford JV.
