SOLLERS AUTO PJSC CHANGES THE CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER

Sollers Group LLC, which used to own 76.7% of the shares of Sollers Auto PJSC, sold its entire block of shares to a new owner, Alter Invest LLC.
The company’s ownership structure has changed as a result of a management buy out, under which the key top managers of the holding become Sollers Auto’s shareholders.  
Sollers Auto PJSC will continue its activities in the previous structure of the assets owned by the company and intends to ensure further development of the strategy for production and distribution of vehicles, auto components and the market launch of new mobility services.
