SOLLERS AUTO PJSC HELD A GENERAL ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

Sollers Auto PJSC shareholders meeting approved the company’s annual report and financials for the previous year, as well as the company’s Board of directors.
The 9 people that joined the Sollers Auto PJSC Board of Directors in 2022 included: Zoya Kaika, Nikolai Sobolev, Viktor Khvesenya, Adil Shirinov, Elena Frolova, Tatiana Goi, Sergey Gaisin, Aleksandr Makarevich, Mikhail Sanin. The meeting elected Adil Shirinov as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The meeting resolved that no dividends shall be paid. The auditor of the company "Bakertilly Rus", JSC was chosen at the meeting as well.
The consolidated revenue of Sollers Auto Group showed a growth of 39% in the reporting period and amounted to RUB 91.7 bln. 2021 EBITDA increased to RUB 8.6 bln.
