According to IFRS consolidated reporting 2010 SOLLERS Group made a revenue of 55.3 bln RUR that is 1.5 times higher than in 2009 (34.7 bln RUR). Company’s EBITDA grew from 264 mln RUR in 2009 up to 4.3 bln RUR as a result of 2010. EBITDA margin rose from 1% to 8%. Operating profit of SOLLERS in the past year amounted to 2.3 bln RUR vs. operating loss (1.5 bln) a year earlier. Net loss of the Company in 2010 went down to 1.2 bln RUR (vs. 5 bln RUR as a result of 2009). Moreover, one of the key financial results of 2010 was significant reduction of net debt of the company from 23.205 bln RUR as of 31/12/2009 to 21.442 bln RUR as of 31/12/2010. SOLLERS plans to continue reduction of bank debts and net debt, contributed by positive cash flow from operating activity of the Group.
