SOLLERS PJSC HOLDS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

SOLLERS PJSC shareholders’ meeting, held on 30 June, approved the company’s annual report and annual financial statements for the year 2022 and elected a new Board of Directors.

For year 2023 comprising the following persons: Zoya Atatzhanovna Kaika, Nikolay Aleksandrovich Sobolev, Viktor Mikhailovich Khvesenya, Adil Shamilevich Shirinov, Tatyana Vladimirovna Goy, Sergey Vladimirovich Gaisin, Asgat Akhmetovich Safarov, and independent directors Vladislav Arturovich Baumgertner and Margarita Askerovna Vedidzhiani.

The meeting resolved to distribute the past year’s profit by paying dividends in cash in the amount of RUB 45.39 per ordinary share of SOLLERS PJSC.

BETERRA Joint Stock Company was approved as the company’s auditor for 2023.
