Effective 1 February 2023, new heads have been appointed to SOLLERS PJSC production enterprises.
Alexey Matasov, who previously held the position of the company’s executive director and has been working in SOLLERS group since 2008, has been appointed General Director of SOLLERS Alabuga LLC.
Alexey Spirin, who also joined SOLLERS Group in 2008 and until now held the position of executive director of Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ LLC), has been appointed to the position of General Director of UAZ LLC.
The position of the Head of the UAZ LLC Zavolzhsky branch has been taken by Ilnur Sakhabiev, who was previously appointed general director of RosALit Foundry LTD and also occupies the position of engine plant director of production at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone.
Ildar Khismatullin has been appointed Head of the SOLLERS production site in Vladivostok — Automobile Industrial Technologies LLC. He has been working in the company since 2005 and previously held the position of deputy general director of JV Mazda Sollers Manufacturing Rus.
At the same time, the positions of executive directors of SOLLERS are being abolished.
PJSC SOLLERS Chairman of the Board of Directors Adil Shirinov noted that the staff rotation at the company’s production enterprises was in line with the management structure that had been established in the past year, under which operational managers of the automobile plants have assumed full responsibility for maintaining routine production activities, while the Board of Directors and management of SOLLERS PJSC are focused on strategy, product range development, and establishing new partnerships in the field of automobile and component base production, as well as the issues of planning and implementing the group’s investment program.
‘The younger generation of production managers who are now taking the lead at our enterprises have already fully demonstrated their ability to effectively manage operational processes in the face of the daunting challenges we encountered last year. The changes adopted in the organisational structure will allow us to better distribute resources within the SOLLERS group in order to simultaneously expand our production program, develop and launch new projects, and faster move forward to our strategic goals,’ Adil Shirinov went out to say.
