SOLLERS PJSC shareholders’ meeting, held on 30 June, approved the company’s annual report and annual financial statements for the year 2022 and elected a new Board of Directors.

SOLLERS has announced the launch of an online service for selecting vehicles from its own commercial range. Now it will take a customer just a few minutes to choose and order the Sollers Atlant or Sollers Argo vehicle they want at www.sollers-cargo.ru/.

As part of this strategy, new facilities will be created at the UAZ industrial site for the production of body-on-frame commercial vehicles.

On May 19, SOLLERS PJSC and AZERMASH LLC signed a memorandum on cooperation in the production of Sollers light commercial vehicles in the Republic of Azerbaijan within the forum “Russia-Islamic World: KazanForum”.

An agreement on the establishment of the SOLLERS Centre for Product Development and R&D on the basis of the Idea Innovative Technopark was signed in the city of Kazan on 7 December.
